Crinone for spotting bleeding, one dose has made me really sick

So I am 16 dpo waiting for my second beta result tomorrow. 14 dpo was 79. I have history of recurrent miscarriages and am 44, so I was not holding much hope. My ob gave me crinone for the rpl and red bleeding I had for a few min a few days ago, some brown spotting etc. No ivf etc- this is a spontaneous conception

I took one dose last night. I am suddenly having very strong symptoms from the progesterone and wondering if I made a mistake taking it, since we don't know if it will even help. Now I don't think I can stop without risking my pregnancy? But obviously I will stop if the second beta dropped. I'm just really surprised at how much one dose has made me miserable. I've had it before, I guess I just forgot. Thank you for any comments, I am so nervous for my bhcg.
