Possible mods for air ventilation on ear pads?

I own a black shark v2 pro, and have noticed the sound isolation can make my tinnitus worse because my ears get hot and sweat overtime. I just learned about open ear headsets but was wondering if there’s a way to mod this set without having to buy a new set. The pads are removable obviously and can be swapped out…I was wondering if anyone happens to make an adapter that would fit in between the stock ear pads and headset, made to allow airflow? Wild question I know but seems like a good idea.
