Can a 360 tummy tuck help with my flat butt?

Hi! I am a young girl who has lost a lot of weight and I will probably need a 360 tt. Also, I have a lot of excess skin around my butt. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough fat to transfer like a BBL. After the 360 tt I am thinking about butt implants, but it doesn’t seem very safe.

Does anyone have any other ideas on what could help me get at least a little bit of butt shape after a massive weight loss?
