What video cards can I use in DDR3?

A few days ago, I decided to revive my old rock-solid PC. It has a Xeon X5670 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a GT 710 graphic card. I don't know what motherboard it has, but it's from a Chinese brand. The graphics card is very old, so I thought about using more modern graphics cards compatible with DDR3 (or PCI-E), as I've seen others do. ¿Which cards would work for me, and is it possible to avoid bottlenecks?
