Chronographs for measuring very short distances efficiently

Looking for a mechanical watch to time 200-400 yard races with vehicles that average 20-40mph in that distance. Most chronographs seem targeted towards mile/kilometer distance and significantly faster speed vehicles. Not sure if this exists, outside of going to a GShock.
