Relocating to Vegas any advice would be appreciated

Long time reader.
We are relocating to Vegas this year and all though we have visited probably 4 times a year for the past decade we are still a little unsure of pinpointing an exact location as everything is changing so fast. I remember what it looked like 10-15n years ago and well you know its changed a lot. So far the areas we are the most comfortable in is the West Side of Lone Mountain, Providence, and Skye Canyon area. Due to work Henderson wont work i dont think. Travel to Nellis has to be no more than 30 minutes. We have driven the city many times and we keep getting pulled back to West Side of the valley. Just wondering your opinions. Greatly Appreciate any information. We are in our 40s no children. Work will be at Nellis
