Birthday dinner spots in chicago?

My twin and I are celebrating our birthday on our trip to Chicago and we want to go somewhere nice for dinner but we want to keep the bill around $300 total

We’ve been looking at Boka, the vibe looks great and it seems special, but the portion sizes in pics/reviews look kinda small and I don’t want to spend that much and still be hungry

We’re open to pretty much any style - steak, seafood, Italian, modern American, etc as long as:

• It feels a bit special occasion

• Good portion sizes

• Great food & atmosphere

Would you recommend Boka for a birthday dinner at this budget? Or is there somewhere else you’d pick instead?
