Project/Program Manager job search has been brutal anu suggestion?

Hi everyone,

I’m a Project/Program Manager with over 10 years of experience across healthcare, finance, and cloud/data center projects (US).I’ve led large migrations& Greenfield development, worked with cross-functional global teams, and delivered complex programs end-to-end.

Despite solid experience, certifications, and tailored resumes, the job market has been extremely challenging. I’m getting interviews but not enough traction, and referrals have been especially hard to come by.
