As a non alcohol newbie, I'm shocked how well Tramadol works, and Diazepam doesn't

My first experience with alcohol was huge dopamine and serotonin rush. I use benzos and Valium only for withdrawal purposes.

Years later. My back got hurt, and I was prescribed at first Ibuprofen, but eventually Tramdol and even though it's a weak opioid, it gets me extremely high. It's even weird how much it gets me high. When I'm clean from alcohol for a long time, I don't even crave benzos, but one Skudexa gets me high, and 2x gets even better. And I'm prescribed that stuff. I'm a hardcore alcoholic but I get zero buzz from benzos, and even a small amout of skudexa gets me high. How weird is that?
