Feeling dumb and taken advantage of

TLDR I let someone I met on hinge who ghosted me after our first date come back into my life and seems to have ghosted me again and I feel taken advantage of emotionally.

I’m at someone on heading that. I head off with really quickly over messaging after about a week. We finally met up for a date. We talked for about three hours over dinner felt like a great time then slow slowly over the week she started to disappear more and more and then ghosted me for four days before sending me a long text saying she’s working on herself in therapy and is not ready to date right now. About three weeks past. She messages me out of the blue and says “ hey how you been I wanted to see if you’re open to being friends. I’m still working on myself, but I enjoyed our conversation and with it and I’m open to friendships at this time.” She also apologized for disappearing.

I really should’ve said no because I’d already started dating other people and I had moved on and made progress to get over the little sting I had from when she ghosted me. But I let her back in, and I started chatting with her again and first two days she was super talkative to me, and then as each day followed, she messaged me less than less, and then it feels like the cycle has repeated itself. She is a mental health counselor and she’s told me that because she has clients all day. She tries to stay off her phone so that she can be as good at her job as she can, but I don’t know anymore and at this point, I just feel used and I need a lot of advice and therapy to love myself again and protect myself in the future. And this has triggered my OCD spirals again, which I had been very good at not having a lot recently. I made a post about that yesterday night because I was spiraling over text messages or the lack of them and trying not to seek reassurance.
