Time for a 4 month overdue trim. Barber or stylist?

My hair is uneven enough as is because of a past barber. Im scared of going to a bartber because I feel like theyll cut too much by accident, to the fact that shrinkage is a thing.

But at the same time I dont know if a stylist is better either
