Diagnosed today-so many questions

I got my labs back today and it shows my TSH with reflex to FT4 at 5.49 and thyroglobulin antibodies at 405, my thyroid peroxidase doesn’t say my number only that it is also “high”. He sent me 50mc of Levo and I’m starting it tomorrow.

I’m looking into it and is it weird to not know my T4 or T3 number?

Do I need to see an endocrinologist?

Do I need to request an ultrasound sound of my thyroid for lumps?

Does Levi help me lose weight? If not, am I just stuck puffy and bloated and miserable forever?

Will I gain energy? I can’t keep living this way. This is all so scary.
