Just moved in, landlord won’t fix anything

Hello - we just moved in March 1 to a new apartment and the landlord is either refusing or non responsive to the following repair requests:

- adding a screen to the windows missing screens

- changing the door knob (takes anywhere from 5 seconds to one minute to open because it gets jammed)

- fixing the burner on the stove (tried to use the stove for the first time yesterday, and the main burner doesn’t turn on)

Can anyone cite any Ottawa bylaws or just general laws that I can forward this landlord to get him to fix these items? I can’t find specific citations for some of them.
