Blue Gate Ancient Fort Bug?

Tl;dr: seems only 2 of 3 batteries spawn in for fort way too often.

Has anyone noticed that not all the batteries for the Ancient Fort Cellar on Blue Gate are spawning in? I do multiple laps around all nine spawns and have repeatedly only found two of three. I've considered the possibility that someone moved one not realizing what it's for, or perhaps got attacked trying to do it and lost it. But it happens way too often to be coincidence, especially at the very beginning of rounds when I'm presumably the first one there.

Has anyone else noticed this? Or am I missing something? How do I go about reporting this to Embark?
