first job offer NYC - advice needed please!

Hello! Kindly requesting advice on whether this is a reasonable job offer as a new grad PA. Thank you in advance!!

• Location: Manhattan
• Hours: M-F 9am-5pm
• For dues, membership, and conferences for CME: $1K
• Bonus for 2 year contract: $12K
• Salary: $131K
• Sick days: 1/month
• PTO 22-24 days
• Malpractice covered

I know the salary is on the lower end, but I really wanted day shifts which are hard to come by as a new grad! I was also promised quality training as this is something I value (teaching hospital). I feel like the CME is low.
