How to regain confidence and oratory skills?

I am a Law student, and as we all know, this field demands constant mastery of public speaking and a refined vocabulary. However, after going through some difficult personal experiences, I feel I’ve lost my self-esteem and self-confidence entirely.

Now, whenever I have to speak in public or express myself in class, I am overwhelmed by the feeling that everyone is judging me. This anxiety causes me to stutter, and I feel my vocabulary becomes incredibly limited under pressure.

I’m looking for advice: what can I do to counter these feelings and regain confidence in my speech? can I develop a more eloquent and professional way of speaking without being paralyzed by the fear of an audience?
