Kaffarah for breaking fast due to medical reasons? 1 person or 60 people?

Hello,
I have type 1 diabetes and I know its not mandatory on me to fast but I'd like to get some sawab and fast tomorrow. What would the kaffarah be on me for breaking a fast, say if my blood sugar becomes low and I have to eat?
Low blood sugars for us diabetics are pretty bad and need immediate food to be administered by mouth and breaking a fast for this reason should come under medical reasons right?
