Cat accidents, Advice wanted
My 9 month old kitten poops outside the litter box everytime she gets upset. We leave the house? She poops on the floor. We feed her 15 min past her dinner time? She poops on the floor. We have a designated cat room for her and my other cat (they are best friends) and they sleep in the cat room every night but since we are not with her she poops on the floor. She hears our alarm go off in the morning in the next room but we don’t get up right away? She poops on the floor. She has been to the vet and she is completely healthy. No stomach issues, no allergies, she has lots of toys and plays with my other cat all day. She gets fed on a schedule and we work from home so she always has attention. I really don’t know what to do for her. At this point I’ve just accepted the fact that the floor is where she poops. At least it’s always in the same spot, right outside the litter box. So it just gets disinfected every day lol. But really it’s like 1 foot away 🙄… any ideas on things I can try?
