New CNA Advice

Hi I just got accepted into my CNA job.

For context, I work in California and at a nursing home/rehabilitation center. I haven't gotten into orientation yet but I still want your guys' advice.

Please give me everything (or as much as you can) on advice for new CNA hires like me with no experience aside from clinicals. Thank you!
