Help me I'm confused

I have migraine and related issues are the severity has only increased in the exam times after all the stress and the exams that I got cooked at, my condition is not the best please help me

I know a little bit of everything but nothing properly except relation and functions and differentiation, i got 36 and 48 marks in my pre board 1 and 2 and need to get atleast 60 marks to balance out the mess I have made in physics and chemistry.
