Parental Leave Pay - Work Evidence

Hi everyone,

I'm currently in the process of finalising my Parental Leave Pay application and required to submit evidence to satisfy the work test of 330 hours.

I'm a casual relief teacher and in 2025 I worked ~320 hours and also did private tutoring for ~20 hours (10 x 2 hours).

I just need some advice what to submit to help it go through smoothly.

Teaching role: Submit all payslips from 2025 and my work contract?

Tutoring role: I was paid in cash and don't have ABN, haven't declared income which I plan to in July 2026 (EOFY). I was thinking I create invoices and backdate to the dates I worked? I'm not sure about this one

Any advice would be really appreciated
