Multiple erosion seen in my antrum

On 21st February I was having a lot of stomach pain so I went to the doctor and he did an endoscopy test. Then it was found that I had multiple erosions in my antrum. He gave me some medicine.Avoid eating oily food and spicy food. So today is about 13 days since I started taking the medicine. Now I also have occasional chest pain and mild pain in my left side of stomach ।

So what changes should I do to completely recover
