[Ocean block 2] How to automate tempered glass jars with AE2

i am trying to automate the tempered glass jars with ae2 computers i was able to get just liquids recipes and just block recipes to work but not mixed was wondering if anyone had any better ideas on how to do the whole thing or make mixed recipes work
the set up i have: see linked photos
have the pattern in the pattern provider
barrel to get items and fluid tank for fluids
both pipe into the tampered glass jar using mekanism ultimate pipes
barrel and fluid tank on output linked to pattern provider with ultimate pipes
Example of what happens when trying to make clay (recipe is 1b of water 1 sand and 1 gravel )
click request 32 clay (thats the minimum produced output)
item numbers in drive go down for sand and gravel (water us from a infinite cell)
run to machine nothing is in input barrel or input fluid tank, nothing in jar, nothing in the output tanks or barrel and nothing in the drive
autocraft hangs have to cancel to start a new autocraft on the cpu with to product made anywhere in the system
when canceled item numbers for sand and gravel go back up
