Feet prob

I have alot of discoloration, it is probably one of the factors of my energetic characteristic when I was a kid, and one of the major ones is my discoloration on my toe finger joints—it's a confidence killing machine because it doesn't look good, plus, I'm also confuse I'm a very hygienic guy but my nails always looks so flakey and super looks old on my perspective. note, I'm only 18. Can you guys drop some advice on what should I do regarding of it
