Editing Software and Resources for Gaming Channels

I use mobile to play and edit, though I bought a 16GB laptop and keyboard+mouse but I am not used to keyboard, so I still edit in phone.

My issue is: how can I find editing resources (memes clip etc...) and best editing software. I use VN app because it's free without watermark, not good like Capcut/kinemaster. Is there any way to get editing resources in one place for gaming related videos?
