Family friendly mall

Is there a mall in the city you would recommend that is family friendly? Particularly the family washrooms. I live close to Southgate and go there with my kids when it’s cold to get out of the house and the family washroom is always full of groups of people hanging out. It definitely doesn’t feel safe.
