260k 23 and bored of job

As title says im 23 birthday in 2 months have about 200k in about 60% individual stocks and the rest in etfs and starting putting into VOO for longer term growth only have about 3k of VOO my initial strategy my father had told me about and a lot of individual stocks were his picks was a dividend based income make 13k in dividends the other 60k is 30k cash 10k employee stock and 20k 401k my expenses are 1300 a month currently renting from apartment parent owns only 400 a month which i split with my partner i will inherit house when my father passes hes 60 bad heart so i dont want to be negative but realistically that would be 10-20 years tops so feels silly to buy a house also i am over my job my plan was hit 400k make around 30k from dividens then job search and work part time but the grind i am kind of over i make 48k plus about 6k from side hustles just looking for disussions here i work 4 10 hour days and the way my schedule lines up i can take a 5 day vacation off work every month and still have 40 hours of pto every year and i would hate to leave a job that i can tolerate not enjoy most the time to find a job that is thesame or worst with less time off or worse schedule
