Had a patient tell me their plastic surgeon told them e-stim can mimic 300 sit ups 🤔

Exactly what title says. Patient said e-stim was placed on low back and stomach. MD said the e-stim is equal to the patient doing 300 sit ups. I’ve never in my life heard such a thing. I didn’t know how to react cause it sounds ridiculous. Anyone heard about this or related research?
