Do you still keep cash on hand or rely mostly on digital payments now?

Curious what people are doing these days when it comes to cash.

Between debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank apps, it feels like a lot of people rarely carry cash anymore. But at the same time, there are still situations where cash is useful.

For example:

• small local businesses that prefer cash

• tipping situations

• emergencies when card systems go down

• avoiding ATM fees by withdrawing larger amounts less often

Some people I know still keep $100–$200 in cash just in case, while others almost never carry any.

Do you still keep cash on you regularly, or have you mostly switched to digital payments?
