[8 YoE] Resume review request for 8 years of experience SWE. Been a while since I've been on the market
Haven't gotten the kind of traction I was expecting with interviews after taking some time off. Any thoughts on what I could be doing better?
All the experience is with the same team/company which I know isn't helping me
