When to move albino corydora fry to 20 gallon tall tank?

I have 8 fry that hatched two days ago. I currently have them in a tupperware container with an airstone. I do two water changes a day and just started feeding them Hikari First Bites.

I also have a 20 gallon tall neocardinia shrimp-only tank. Could I put the fry in there or should I keep them in the tupperware container for longer?

I read somewhere that, for some species, they need to be able to get to the top of the water to breathe. I'm not sure if that's the case for mine though and if the 20 gallon tall aquarium is too tall for them.

I'm also not sure if they would be able to find the food if I keep feeding them Hikari First Bites in the 20 gallon. The 20 gallon is heavily planted.
