Is there any configuration for the attack timings?

A friend of mine is starting the game and can't see very well the timing bar of the square when you do an ability so he can't land the button press on time and can't do a perfect attack or he even misses the attack. So I'm asking if there's any configuration in the game that can make it more easy to notice.
