Question regarding the alc count > 300 requirement for phase 3

GENERAL DISCUSSION

A poster has put this particular condition for enrollment . Alc >= 300.

The poster argues that this is the difference between the phase 2 and phase 3 enrollment

He says the alc being greater than 300 means higher survival on both arms but the bat would nor be 8 months and will be considerably higher.

He also says it means it may eliminate non responders for GPS due to this condition which is good .

I tried to search for average alc for patients but that is not available .

Experts please chime in on this issue please as most have no idea about the average alc or how phase 2 was enrolled ( alc ) Thank you
