THE LOS ANGELES BREAKFAST CLUB PRESENTS:
The Discovered Man - Griffith Park’s Premiere Anonymous Artist!
https://www.labreakfastclub.com/event-details/hidingman
ABOUT THE SPEAKER: The Discovered Man is the premier anonymous artist in Los Angeles. Take a peek into the life of someone who, though disfigured, still bravely enters society, creeping around parks and other public spaces, determined to share his stories. For nearly 15 years, posters, sculptures, textiles, effigies and more have been carefully placed around Los Angeles, all featuring special, original characters and situations, woven into familiar L.A. locales. If you've ever wondered about the numbers: just how many of each poster has been issued? What all is being said here? What's true and real and what's fiction? What's so special about Griffith Park? Why do everything the hard way? Discover the answers to these questions and more on March 11th at the LABC.
