I just realized Cox Complete Care got added to my account a year ago without my consent

The agent must have added it when he put me on a 2 year agreement. Any chance I can get $10 refunded for the last 12 months? Talking to chat support has been absolutely useless. Not sure I'll have any more success while calling.
