This film made $159 Million in box office against $60 Million in budget. Which is 2.65 times budget making it a big success. Review: Honestly, what in God’s green Earth did I just see? This was supposed to be funny? I was recommended to watch this & I absolutely regret every second of it. I hated almost everything about this film. The acting, cast, & plot is not saving it this time. Some may like this film, but I for sure didn’t. I wanted to turn it off only a quarter way into the movie. This film is more than a dumpster fire.

For that, immediately in D tier. Number wise, 0/10. That’s right! ZERO! I personally wouldn’t recommend this movie to anyone. But if you want to give it a go, knock yourself out! I’m sorry for those that are fans of this movie, but I legit couldn’t do it. It’s like they tried really hard to make it funny, but I just couldn’t bear it. You know it’s that bad when I give it a 0 rating. What do y’all think? Let me know in the comments!

Media Description: It’s Eddie Murphy “as you love to see him!”\* in this gut-bustlingly funny movie that displays his comedic genius in multiple roles! Murphy stars as mild-mannered Norbit, who gets a second chance at love with his childhood sweetheart, Kate (Thandie Newton, The Pursuit of Happyness). But there’s one huge obstacle: jealous, mean-tempered Rasputia (Murphy), who wants Norbit all to her sizeable self. Can Norbit win the heart of Kate… before Rasputia puts the hurt on him? With an all-star cast including Cuba Gooding Jr. (Jerry McGuire), Marlon Wayans (White Chicks) and Eddie Griffin (Date Movie), Norbit “will make you laugh ‘til you cheer!”\*\*
