Is there such a thing as a piano course that doesn't teach sight-reading?

I come from guitar, so I just use my ears to learn songs, knowing enough theory to play what I hear.

I'd like to do the same on piano as I've begun learning it, and I don't want to waste time on sight-reading ("waste" for songwriting anyway), but I really miss the structure of a course.

Does anyone know of any beginner piano course that uses scale degrees/roman numerals/solfege as opposed to sight-reading?
