Travel to DXB?

I can see certain flights available to purchase through emirates website and are leaving London (LHR) on those times ( checked on 4th march) - if I suppose book one of these flights available on emirates website for the 9th will i be able to board? What’s the criteria? I am a UAE resident. I assume if the flight is taking off they won’t deny me due to new booking etc? Let me know your thoughts or if anyone has any info
