Any Tips?

So I just started a service business and I have to get better at sales, marketing, and cold calls. My biggest problem is when I finally get someone on the phone I get nervous and sometimes even trip over my own words ): are there any tips with trying to relax and not feel so nervous talking to ppl? Also are there any good book recommendations you would recommend to help with sales?
