Another baby shower?

Hi everyone! I’m pregnant with baby #4 and was curious on your thoughts about doing a second baby shower. I had one with my first baby which was a girl, we had two more girls after that and we didn’t do a baby shower for either of them. We have had all of our kids close in age (1 year between each) so we reused a lot of things or just bought what we needed. However this time my husband’s grandmother brought it up to me that she wanted to throw me a baby shower since it’s a boy and our last baby. Would this be weird or tacky? And would it be tacky to have a registry for it? I don’t want to come across as expecting people to fund everything for the baby, we were planning to buy everything we needed as we have before. I wouldn’t be opposed if people wanted to contribute though. I don’t have very many mom friends or pregnant family members around to ask about this so I just wanted opinions.
