LCC branding and identity VS design management

im in my foundation year at ual rn which is almost done and i've gotten into 2 of my top choices (branding + identity and design management) but im unsure of which one to go for...i still have a while to decide but i just wanted to know if anyones taken them and what their experience was like.

im looking for a course that merges business with design (more on the design side tho) - i want it to be practical and industry oriented. but im more keen on the design aspect of showcasing a brands stuff (not rlly or just fashion cause im not rlly a fashion person - more so like other brands if that even makes sense). i want to learn abt how to design visuals and stuff for brands and how to advertise them that way so i feel like branding and identity would suit that more??? but ive been told by a tutor at foundation that design management would make more sense for that...

i went to a talk abt design management and it seemed rlly cool but kind of broad?? like the tutors talking abt their courses (cause i visited the campus and listened to multiple talks abt diff courses - design for art direction, graphic and media design etc) just spoke abt them in a general way and they all kinda sounded the same 😭 they were like "you design stuff but also direct it and also its everything but this specifically but also not at all cause we do everything" lol - idk how to describe it. rlly long but pls lmk what u think. thanks :)
