The Best to Study for the ASVAB

Hello everyone, I want to take the ASVAB a week from now, and I would like to know the best study methods, and material I should know to get the best score possible. I took a practice practice ASVAB(Army National Guard Website) and I got a 54. My goal for the actual ASVAB is a a score of 70 or higher, to qualify for the jobs I want and to get in, help would be greatly appreciated!
