Phone recommendations

Guys looking to upgrade my phone as I am facing problems with my current phone mainly because of battery as it's run it's course and I am unable to get more than 2-3 hours screentime with a single charge. About me we'll I am not too keen on getting the latest phone but have always preferred a phone with flagship features.

My current phone is pixel 3, yep really old one. As I said earlier not too keen on getting the latest phone. I'd rather not spend a fortune on a phone. Looking for something under 50k and can stretch to 60k if I can get a better deal.

I am thinking about getting a pixel 7a obviously those kit ones, is there any other better phone that I can get in this range?
