My boyfriend doesn’t give me any foreplay

Hi everyone. Like the title says , my boyfriend doesn’t give me any foreplay, he just jumps right to PIV. When he finishes, we are done. He doesn’t ask me if I’ve finished or even mention it at all. He does nothing to get me prepared before hand ( oral etc) he is amazing in every other aspect of the relationship , but when it comes to sex he’s the opposite. I don’t know what to do about this especially since this is the only issue in the relationship. It makes me feel used though and really bad about myself. How do I mention this to him and fix this problem?
