How do you fix constant fatigue that’s lasted for years?

Hi girls,

I think I haven’t truly felt physically fit or energized for about 5 years now (since I was 18). Not even for a single day. I always thought it would just pass on its own, but it never did.

I feel constantly exhausted. All the time. Even when I’m lying down doing nothing, I still feel drained. It’s like my body is never fully “on” or refreshed.

My sleep schedule has also been really bad for years. I struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, and my sleep rhythm feels completely off. I don’t remember the last time I consistently felt well-rested.

What makes it harder is that I struggle to improve it. For example, if I try to go for a run just to improve my stamina (my weight is healthy), I get a sharp pain in my side and have to stop. It makes me feel discouraged and stuck.

Has anyone experienced long-term fatigue like this? What did it turn out to be for you? Did anything actually help?

I’m open to any advice, lifestyle changes, supplements, anything.
