Need Advice

Hi. Need advice po sana. Currently, overwhelm ako sa new boss namin. Micromanage kasi ang sistema nya and ang dami nyang gusto to the point na minsan nakaka anxiety na. So I did some job search and may natisod na offer. However, hindi ko sure if okay yung package nila.

I am living in Pasay now (renting an apartment for 7,500 monthly). If ever na piliin ko yung new work, magiging commute ko ay Pasay to Ortigas everyday.

Current work:

AR Officer (Mag-isa lang sa PH Team)

Pioneer Employee (New Project nung inoffer sa akin)

Current Salary: 50K

Basic Net: 47K + Allowance: 3K

HMO: 2 dependents

Work set up: 2 days WFH/3 days onsite (change sched allowed)

13th Month (No other bonus or incentives)

Office: Pasay City

Possible New work:

AR Lead (will handle 8 people)

Pioneer Employee (New Project)

Salary: 58K

Basic Net: 50K + Allowance: 2K + Monthly Incentive: 6K

HMO: 1 dependent

Work Set Up: Onsite Monday - Friday

Monthly Performance Bonus: No amount shared

Should I accept the offer po sa new work, worth it po ba yung salary package? Or should I stay sa current work and request for an increase?
