Anyone ever received a payment through XConnect?

Hello,

I have an amount showing as available in the Finances tab of my XConnect account, and it has been there for about two months.

However, I have not found any option to withdraw or transfer it.

Support never reads my emails and ignores my issue.

If anyone has experience receiving payments through Innodata's XConnect, I would appreciate guidance on the next steps.
