Numbness in left arm

I’ve been playing for about 10 years and have only just started experiencing this. After not even half an hour of playing my left arm around the bicep area gets super numb and I can’t play anymore. Could be a nerve issue, but I haven’t noticed it other than when I’m playing. Has any else experienced this?
