Should I double text him? Or should I move on?

I (F27) matched with a guy (M31) on Bumble recently…February 14th to be exact. He messaged me first and we were messaging everyday which moved to text when he asked for my number. We are both busy people, so we wouldn’t text all day. We’d send each other gigantic paragraphs 1-3 times per day. He seemed interested, asking me questions, making comments about seeing each other eventually (we live 2 hours apart). He asked to FaceTime, but something came up for him the night we were supposed to and we had to reschedule for the next day. The next day comes, I’ll be honest I got nervous and told him I had to reschedule. We just continued to text after that and no one ever brought up FaceTime again. I wanted to but was waiting for him to ask. 3 days ago he went silent and still hasn’t replied to my last text. He was the type where if he couldn’t reply that day because he was busy, he would let me know he may not be responsive that day.

I don’t understand why he just stopped replying after it seemed to be going so well. I’m torn on if I should double text him and what I would even say. Or is that desperate? Should I just move on? I truly enjoyed talking to him so much.
