Game v Newcastle moved to 1730 kick off on April 25...

Hi All. Travelling from Australia next month I've bought hospitality tickets for the April 25 game v Newcastle. I understand this date is under threat if either (or both) clubs are in the FA Cup semis

This morning the ticket agency advised the EPL has moved the game to the 1730 kick off. would that be for TV priority? would that then force a date change for the Cup semis?

I'll still be in the UK until May 17 and will go back to London if a reschedule falls in that time frame anyway... just looking for insight
